CLAY CAMP

Step into a slow, sunlit afternoon where earth and hands meet tea and conversation. CLAY CAMP will be this summers intimate gathering space, held in my home garden and ceramics studio, where we shape not only clay, but moments of connection, beauty, and presence.

We will together, sink our hands into earth and sip tea & treats after a light meditation and grounding before creating our beautiful clay creations.

Whether you are a total beginner or a seasoned artist, this workshop is designed to meet you exactly where you are. We will begin with a short opening ceremony to arrive in the space, and guided instruction in hand-building techniques will follow.

Join us to create your own unique ceramic piece while we enjoy the relaxed rhythm of the garden!

This part 1 series of CLAY CAMP is about weaving together inspiration from the colors, textures and energetics of many of the summer herbs and plants growing around us. We will utilize several different flowers, trees, fruits, and shapes from the garden to create nature-pressed clay pieces for you to take home with you in about 4 weeks time!

All tools, clay, and materials are provided. You’ll leave with your work finished, ready for firing and glazing in the weeks to come, along with the memories of a slow summer day spent well with community.
